Screws for a loupe

I mean, if you work with them and are of a certain age :) you need a loupe.
I already had one of those screws in a blip here. But perhaps the size was not clear.
The length of the screw is 5mm, the diameter is 1mm. And you need a PH 000 screwdriver to (un)screw them. That is the finest I have in my miniature tools set.
The screws are for my computer on my bike (navigation, fitness, etc.).
