Bow wave

[for me]  Got some news on Eddie, the kite flyer in the park -  hadn't been seen since late last year.  He has debilitating arthritis in his wrists and is staying with his sister on the other side of the island.   Unfortunately, can't drive.   Now we know.   He is greatly missed.
