Sparkles

Today we grounded OO for the very first time. She was very upset that she didn't get to go to the party and had to stay home with me.

She was on best behaviours all evening.

There is a sparkly candle for OO's 4th birthday but we didn't get around to using it last week. Because she has been so good, we decided to burn it after dinner as a consolation treat.

So to me, this sparkly "4" candle marked OO's (sometimes rough) journey to becoming a good "big girl".
