Shallots

Had to lift the shallots but couldn't leave them to 'dry out on the surface of the soil' as recommended (this is Scotland!) so brought them home and spread them out on newspaper. Fiddly business tidying up the bulbs and trimming off the roots, but it's quite a decent crop.
