Solo Swan

Passed this solo swan whilst we were out on our cycle ride this morning.  We could not work out where he/she was an old swan who had lost its partner or a youngster who had yet to find one. If the latter then he/she has along wait because the only other inhabitants were a couple of ducks and a passing gull.
