Gluten Free Fish and Chips

I spent a few hours on the balcony while my husband continued with his repairs. It was soon too hot to continue, so after lunch, which is today’s picture, I have been reading my book. It was far too hot to go into the garden to look for a blip and too hot to cook much for lunch, so it was a quick and easy meal at lunchtime.
 
The temperature was twenty-eight degrees Celsius at GMT noon; it rose even higher during the afternoon.
