Up sticks to the storks

Taken me ages to blip this but it was such a nice day out I didn't want it to slip by.

A very exciting mini-break in Antwerp! Then we went to the Zwin nature reserve on the coast. We weren't sure if there would be much around and the migrating residents would have legged/winged it. But we say the star attractions, the storks - what an otherworldly sound their bill-clacking is - along with avocets, oyster catchers, plovers, possibly a curlew, and gorgeous wee skylarks helicoptering over the mud flats.
