Hot hot hot

Hot in the kitchen doing our regular Wednesday baking this morning. I gave L the option not to today (given the heat) but she was very keen to do it.

She cracked the eggs herself today (with a little help to make the initial crack) for the first time. So, we made multi-coloured butterfly cakes... or something resembling that.


Hot in the garden this afternoon... paddling pool out and ice lollies galore. Until I had to go inside and do some work, that is.
