Hot day, big hills

On the hottest day of the year we cycled from Kirkby Stephen up to the Tan Hill Inn, the highest pub in England; fortunately we knew it would be shut so no good expecting coffee there! Some of the downhills on the way back were pretty good, and we finished with well-deserved ice-creams back in Kirkby.
