Custard tart

I couldn't get over how much the centre of this pond lily looks like rich yellow custard! It may have been on my mind as Evolybab and I had just eaten a blueberry custard tart that I grabbed in Waitrose - a place I haven't been for quite some time.

Anyway this lovely lily is in Evolybab's pond. I enjoyed an hour with her at lunchtime.
