Evening swim

Hot hot day at work. Decided that best way to cool off was to go for a swim after work, so arranged to meet my sister and her family at the beach. It was still lovely and warm in the evening. Lovely to see them and enjoy the sea. Topped off with fish and chips (but no fish) at the harbour in North Berwick. Lovely day.
