Happy Hump Day*

My Parents have been going to this naturopath for awhile and now my mom finally got me to go. The naturopath listened, wanted to know my goals (why waste time if people won't try), what could I afford and...  We agreed that being stable should be number one, after that we will work on the rest. Blood pressure was 100/60 along with a 111 sugar number. 

Tomorrow I am going on a lovely ride with mom. This will be the last day before Washington State implements a mandatory mask in public. Although they say they will ask for compliance first - it can lead to a fine and jail time. Hoping for a few big birds... A local statue in the extra
