Ladies of the lake

Phoof, yesterday was a real hot one, the weatherman tells me the temperature in London yesterday was 32.6 and over night 23, today is meant to be warmer before some thunder storms tomorrow and a cooling down,
I had arranged to meet a photography colleague yesterday afternoon at Alexandra Palace, would desperately liked to cancel but off l went, we moved from one bit of shade to another and as we were so high up there was a slight breeze but our hearts weren't in photography.
Todays photo was taken by the pond at Ally Pally, the swans were tied up, not being used in these pandemic days. The radio receiver and glass dome of the palace in the background.
