Double Exposure

It has been a very hot day! Wonderful to see the sunshine - but good to be inside.
I visited a friend, recently widowed, and enjoyed a couple of hours catching up. She is doing very well.  Got home to find a message from another friend whose husband is terminally ill.  So sad when one cant go and visit and can only offer support from afar.
My camera can do a two frame double exposure so here my honesty (seed)  is alongside time passing.....
On a happy note it is my youngest son's birthday (in Washington DC) and my eldest son's partner's - here in Barnstaple; they are off for a picnic.  Happy days.
