Empty or occupied?

This is one of my lockdown purchases. I have wanted one for a couple of years and finally got one about a month ago. Looking at it this evening it has little bits of hay around the entrance. I’d like to think it’s a home for the hedgie I feed but who knows.
Mr. C. thinks a des res with its tiled floor, loads of hay, protected from the winds and a ridge tile to stop anything from moving it. It has a covered dining area a short distance away and set in its own grounds. What’s not to like! :)
