Broughty Beach! June 2020

A beautiful day

Morning was spent doing steps, this time to Elvia Presley singing Gospel songs on YouTube, then a short walk in the sunshine. After lunch in the garden, I had Listening Service Appointments, which once again had Lockdown stress at the heart of the problem.

Later, we went for a walk to Broughty Promenade, where I did 4 miles and my wife did 2 miles. I have passed last months total of 50 miles and still have a few days left in the month.

The beach was busier at the main section but everyone was keeping apart. Quite unlike the hordes who made their way to Bournemouth beach. No wonder the Council declared a major incident.

It seems that several countries in Europe have seen a rise in infections since they ‘unlocked’. I hope it doesn’t happen here.
