Swimtime

Another scorcher today and after huffing and puffing my way around Peebles on an early morning run (well 9.15) with Janet, Mr P and I decided that it was hot enough for an outdoor swim. Our first swim was in St Mary’s Loch. A bit further than the advisory 5 miles. The water was lovely but the day-trippers and midges less so! We abandoned our picnic and headed to Loch Eddy. Virtually deserted and midge free. Fab swim there. Exhausted tonight.
