Friends or foe

Roo my Cockrel is lonely so is happy to stand near Brownie. All hens have passed away and I’m not getting any more atm. I’m hoping our neighbour will have him as he s just had some ex bats that have been hen pecked .
I’ve lost 4 of my ducks this week .. found their bodies but unsure what ha happened , the only thing I can think of is as there was too many males the t have been fighting but unsure. Finley peacocks are all ok , 2 he hatched himself and my son bought 4 and 2 ducklings came free with them much to my dismay. Possibly I can find homes for these one off heat. What I’m trying to do is just have flying birds, I’m down now to 3 males 1 female runner duck and 4 females up on another pond. As the ratio of males was much higher I can’t stand listening to the females crying at being raped all day :(
