Chef’s Treat

Our friend B who owns the Londoner Pub near our Grapevine BG had a request from a chef to do an episode for his YouTube channel. As it turned out the chef was a Brit I had met 10 years ago when we did a joint event together and who had been Princess Diana’s personal chef over 20 years ago. He came to the US when he lost his job when Diana died. Anyway he has 50,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel and he made this Chicken Tikka Masala on an Indian version of bubble and squeak and B asked L and I to be tasters and also we get to do a little reaction on his YouTube channel when it airs a week on Tuesday.
