Today’s message was about clearing the front garden of all the pruning from trees and bushes that had accumulated over the past weeks. I’d secured a slot. At the recycling centre so the car was stacked with branches and as the extra shows the front passenger seat was used too.

All went very smoothly though the car will need several hoover attempts.

The warmth continued and it was lovely to be outside after a FaceTime chat. Made up the hanging baskets but also took some time to lie out. Given the forecast it may be the last time for a while.

This rose has the most wonderful sweet perfume and today the petals also looked luscious in the afternoon light.
