(177) Roll on Square

Despite having had a good breakfast before setting out, after only an hour out on the bike I felt in need of more fuel. Coincidentally (honest!) the snack van that I occasionally visit had reopened for business so a cup of good strong tea and a roll with Lorne sausage did the trick! The malt loaf and banana were kept for later ;-)
