Treecreeper

Thank goodness it is not quite so hot today; we even had some light rain this morning.  I think this treecreeper is very young, possibly not long fledged, as it appeared to be waiting for a parent bird to feed it.

During the morning, while Linda was out shopping,  I heard a loud crash from our main bedroom.  The roller blind had fallen from its fixings and had landed on and scattered a line of porcelain kittens that are Linda treasures. Amazingly none of them had suffered any damage and the only casualty was a slight scuff on my new paintwork.
