Let the weekend be-gin!

This was one of our lockdown projects. I love it!
What I love most is the fabulous way Mr A and I work as a team, usually I have the idea and he does all the work makes it reality.
This gin bar cost next to nothing to make (but a fortune to stock!); the crates were £3 each from a reclamation yard and the fairy lights were off a balloon we got as a gift last year.

For anyone who might be interested, some of the nicest gins we’ve had are from the bargain shops. My latest purchase was a raspberry, vanilla & coconut one from Aldi (£8.99) and Mr A’s personal favourite is the ‘mystical unicorn’ gin from Home Bargains (£7.99). Lidl also have a decent selection. The hardest part now is choosing which one to have next :-)
