Time

A missed call from HSBC this morning. 

The rest of the day was spent trying to contact them.. (three calls, each lasting between 45 to 90 mins @ 9p per minute).

I didn't get through!

In the time I spent waiting Oddie had managed to embroider a stained glass window....
