This Singleton Was Zinging

A lazy day today as heavy thunderstorms were predicted putting Sushi and I off going for a day out as previously planned. It also meant China had a rest day too.

Sushi and I did have a drive out, thinking we would have a quick walk (with camera) around the lake at the local Buddhist centre, only to find all the footpaths were closed. I haven’t yet found a poppy field this year, but this singleton was zinging against the yellowing corn field so at least our trip out wasn’t wasted. Just to be doubly sure we made the most of our trip and to support local business you understand...we stopped at the ice cream shop in Pocklington...well it would have been rude not to!

Incidentally... we still haven’t had the predicted thunderstorm!
