Flower Friday

Today had quite a summery feel to it and it was quite hot in the sun. I spent some time in the garden with the camera hoping to get a photo of the Hummingbird Hawk Moth that has been around the last 2 days. I saw it  only briefly but this lovely tiny golden butterfly was sitting on the Rose Campion and allowed me to get quite close to it. The Latin name for the flower is Lychnis coronaria, rather appropriate for these times.
