Evening Sunshine

Another day at the kitchen table.  It was a scorcher, and I was almost glad to be in the cool of the kitchen.  I did have a washing fest, and it was a treat to get outside to hang it out.  I had a wee wander at lunchtime and was almost glad to retreat to the cool of my home office.   I  logged off earlier than usual, so I could sit in the garden and read my book for a wee while.
We had a very quickly thrown together tea and I then headed out for a walk.  It was a beautiful evening and still warm.  I cam home and began setting up my new phone, which undid all the good of my lovely walk!
The last of the sun was shining on St Mary’s.
