Dark and Wet

Another grey and damp day. Ran 8km this morning. I ran with another runner who has come after recovering from Leukaemia. We ran this distance in 48 mins and Crag made the commenjt he had not run that fast on a training ru n for a while. I got some expert information from Peter who is a Pharmacist and sounds like because I stopped taking it briefly, it is starting again that has caused the side effect. A little better tonight.
