lopping branches

I was relieved to see that he wasn't taking the whole tree down.  This is one of the maples out back, in our neighbor's inner courtyard. Another time when I wished I had a good zoom! The one next to our building could really use someone to remove all the deadwood, but I'm also afraid that if someone comes, they'll recommend that it come down altogether.  And there would go the squirrel nesting spot and our bedroom shade.
