Hot hot hot

The heatwave has hit! In the morning Darcy and I sat under a tree and had an iced coffee (me) and and iced milk (Darcy) then went for a walk with Daddy/Grandad.

In the afternoon Darcy had a long nap so I lay in the garden with my feet in the paddling pool and read a Famous 5 book!

In the evening Matt BBQ’d duck breasts again. Such a lovely day. Here’s D and her Daddy just before her bed time.
