The start of the ski holiday

Holidays are great, the journey is normally not great. But getting out to our ski holiday this year was actually not too bad. An overnight in Gatwick I think helped and also the fact that Solden is only a bit over an hour from Innsbruck.

Normally I fly out of Edi or Glasgow and you usually land and have to wait for the group from where ever whose flight lands in 3hrs but this time it was quick and no delays.

We did almost no research into Solden but it turns out it is the party capital of Austria. In reality it was full of middle aged men looking for party girls, and as none were there they were just enjoying the Apres Ski.
