Bread
Our local baker - a wonderful German lady who does amazing breads and the world’s best cheese scones (Stortebacker, The Wee Shop, Corstorphine) - she is taking a well deserved break as she’s been open all through lockdown.
So we found one of G’s seeded loaves in the freezer (made January maybe?) and it is delicious. I think he misses making bread but it has been good to support our local baker.
The challenge is on tomorrow for G to try and make scones - the bar has been set very high.
