Shockingly ill-educated
I bought a copy of “Room with a View” for 50p from the second-hand DVD shop because I thought it had been written by Virginia Woolf.
The synopsis surprised me a little, but I assumed there must be some significant feminist message in the telling, and the fact that the cast included Maggie Smith made me believe it would be 50p well spent.
As the story unfolded I became less and less certain that it was what I might have expected, but it ended up pleasing me for its delightful rebelliousness.
I've still never seen Thelma and Louise.
So here is some more military brickwork.
