Garden Visitors!

Yeah! I finally got to see my parents in real life, not via my phone screen! Felt very strange not to be able to give them a big hug after months apart, but oh so lovely to have them visit.

A super hot day, but thankfully there's some shade in our garden. We had a picnic lunch there, then a walk through Northcliffe & Heaton Woods, then back home for an ice cream.

I had to blow the paddling pool up to cool off, which resulted in the kids having fun in the pool and a big water fight.

Bbq for dinner then time to say goodbye. Hopefully I'll get to see them again in a few weeks though.
