A pot of gold

Calendula and Iceland poppies opening up daily.

Lovely 7+mile walk early this a.m. to miss the crowds. Blustery and beautiful. Saw lots of butterflies, heard lots of birds and saw a red kite. And we didn't get rained on :)
Gardening this p.m. and feel nicely tired now.
