Baking Prep - Rhubarb Cake
Looking for things to use the rhubarb harvest, and I cam across a recipe for rhubarb cake. The previous attempt was in two 7 inch tins and they were rather thin. This time I went for a single 8 inch tin and the cake came out much better. More important, the tin was lined, with sufficient margin to make it easier to lift out after cooking.
