Notes: Didn't sleep great but did some work on Reiki stuff and few things around the house. Prepped a pasture-raised small chicken in brine for the day. Here's my view of the light projected while laying on the couch. Time went fast. Also talked to Scott Langford (Indy - Trinity Timing) for awhile and went thru his site/info for new virtual race. Went to bed early.
