Sunday run

Actually had 2 runs today.
Went out early to see (unsuccessfully) to see if I could get a flatter 5k and again this afternoon with a friend from the running group. The rain mostly held off and we had a lovely run along the old railway and round the woods.
Our service this morning was taken by one of our regular visitng preachers and was very good, reminding us that whatever happens to those who are in Christ we are never defeated.
This evening got the crochet out as I found a pattern that will use up some more of my yarn stash.
