Aaah

A squally type of day with the odd shower and cool winds. Nothing deters the avid, swimmer, surfer or paddle boarder, as usual out in all weathers....and maybe enjoying the rainbow as well.
I am recovering from the most strenuous Pilates session this morning. I have attended Pilates classes on and off for years but my new personal trainer took it to a new level. Ouch!
