More rain

SUNDAY

A cool and wet day. Didn’t venture outside much except to check the plants, put the bins out and a 7.5 km session on the treadmill in the garage.

Despite the treadmill, I only just scraped in my step target which means I sat in the chair for far too long.

This bee braved the weather.
