MonoMonday: Red-and-Yellow not Black-and-White!

Laurie54's fascinating choice of topic for today's MM challenge is "take any photo you like and use any mono color EXCEPT black and white. Keep in mind that you can use different shades of the same color or use multiple colors".

I do like this door on a local building. It used to be a church but it developed dry rot and most of it was pulled down and flats built in its place. However the clever architects were able to retain the old stone church tower, along with its lovely door, as part of the apartment block which really adds to its character. I've fartnarkled it using red and yellow so as (hopefully) to satisfy the requirements of the MM challenge.

Now regarding Silly Saturday:

Following the sad and untimely death of blipper Admirer (Willemien) just over a week ago, blipper 60plus arranged a special Silly Saturday blip challenge on Saturday just gone. I think this was a fabulous tribute to Willemien, who gave us so much fun with this challenge which she started, and whom many of us felt we had got to know (virtually) over the years. I've suggested that we continue with the challenge in Willemein's memory, holding it on the first Saturday of every month.
