Pilkinton Pottery.

Not everyone likes the fiery orange glaze I posted earlier,so here I something more gentle. I bought it in Cheshire from a colleague who had a small antiques business.It has a tiny chip on the base and is about 8cm high.I particularly like the sweeps on it. Pilkintons stopped making pottery in the 50s, but of course, continued to produce a wide range of tiles.
