Letting Go

Think this is a young sparrow, one of a lot of fledglings around, tempting the cat.  A very wet Sunday so spent most of the day inside, trying to do useful things.  Have sanded and re-varnished some place mats and now started on the inside of the kitchen cupboards as have finally realised that, thanks to covid, I need to let go of my dream of having a new kitchen.  So we are stuck with the mishmash of ugly units that we inherited back in 2002.  A first world problem.
