Wet

It's been really wet here for the last 36 hours or so. Constant heavy rain. The river is high, to the point that the Spaniel needs to be on her lead near it, as she likes to stand paws deep waiting for a swim - if she slips, she's gone.

The tiny, normally dry ghylls on the fell have made up for the lack of swims though.
