Stripped naked....
This tree is in next -door -but -one’s garden, a once impressive eucalyptus giant. It serves as a vantage point for our pigeon population. It’s shredding its bark and more has been stripped off in the recent winds and rain. Yet it’s also beautiful and majestic. Quite a landmark for the houses round about. I like it.
A full day after a happy coffee catch up here with Gail. She is planning a move to the Isle of Man although the island is closed to outsiders so no viewings of potential new homes just yet.
We said goodbye to our much loved Passat ( in my extra) and began a trip to look at another car on our list. Unexpected traffic meant it was best to abort until another day...maybe.
Frozen pizzas for dinner this evening. Comfort food.
