The shrine is growing

At the Zen Center of Oregon.

In case you want to know how the numbers add up all over the USA: this document is a count of citizen deaths during police encounters by State, not divided by race. I added it to my last blip as an after-thought. It's worth a glance if you missed it. Not surprisingly, California and Texas have the largest number of deaths, but the numbers are staggering: 27,129 in nineteen years. Each year the number is greater than ever before.

Those of you who live in countries where the police are unarmed or are trained in de-escalation, so they only kill people as a last resort, be surprised.
