Canada Day

A little early I suppose but what's more Canadian than Ice Hockey!  In my defense my Canadian friend Lisa seems to have Canada at least three times a year and celebrates it for a week long.  Forcing her husband to cook Canadian delicacies such as Poutine in their cafe.  Poutine, nobody really knows what it is.  Nobody.
