The Midas touch ...
... in Pupu Springs. A full on day. Crisp and cold this morning with a smattering of snow on the mountains. We headed over to Joe's and had a romp with Esme in her sandpit then nipped over to Pupu for a refreshing walk. The springs were high, the bush green and in the turquoise water there was gold. A quick snooze (Esme though i was tempted ) and then a visit to the toy library. This has just opened again after lockdown and is held in the Brownies' Inn. It's very well stocked with good stuff and we came away with a trampoline ( she's already bounced off twice) and an activity thingie, plus some magnetic shapes. They went off for a playdate and Himself and I painted another wall of the house - a slightly different and very funky blue. It's looking good - a blip will occur when its finished. Then I made some muffins and a mushroom tart just in time for their arrival home. Supper, bathtime with Esme and we have staggered home.
Apologies for lack of comments and thanks for all your lovely ones, but I will catch up soon. Thursday is looking promising!
