on the beach again

Well, I managed a busy-ish and productive day and got to the the beach for the last hour of light. It was very cold and wild and blowy, a storm is brewing, so I didnt linger for the picture I had been planning. But still the dogs had a good run, and the cobwebs got blown away, and I'm starting to feel a bit back to normal.
