Watching

Two days of fairly relentless rain dampened my enthusiasm but today has been a bit brighter and drier so a proper inspection of the estate was called for.

As I was zooming in to focus on a honeysuckle  flower, this unwelcome visitor landed on a nearby leaf. I thought it was a wasp, but C confidently informs me it is a hoverfly because it's hairy.  Who knew!

A good day at work - even managed to work out a programming problem on my data dashboard without assistance (well - apart from the online forums!).

Should have been L's graduation today but like everything else, that's postponed.
